The quickest way to place your order is on our website, using a credit or debit card.

Should you prefer to pay by cheque, you will need to place your order via the post. Simply send Norwich Books and Music details of the books you want to order, together with the delivery details for your order and the cheque (made payable to Norwich Books and Music) to:

In order to provide you with the best possible arrangements for the online ordering and purchasing of our products, our order handling and fulfillment services are provided by Norwich Books and Music.

When you enter your credit card details, the information is sent to Norwich Books and Music via a secure internet link using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This system is widely used on the internet to offer secure shopping.

If your order has already been dispatched we will tell you the best way to return it. A refund for the price of the books (not postage) will be credited to your payment card once we receive these. Please do not return books without contacting us first.

There are a few different reasons why this might have happened. Most common is a slight mistake in the card details entered - please double check your card number and make sure you have entered the correct CVV number (the last three digits of the number printed on the back of your card).

You card may have been rejected because the billing address entered did not match the address held by your bank. Go back to step 3 and add your card details again. Make sure all the relevant address fields are completed and that the address is the same as the one on your bank statements.

If a saved payment card has expired please use the 'add card' function to re-enter the details with an updated expiry date. You can delete old cards by using the 'remove' button on step 3 of the checkout.

To change your registered email address or password login to the website and go to 'My account' at the top right of the homepage.

Orders placed on this website are sent out by our distributors, Norwich Books and Music. If a book is in stock it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Print on demand books will take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

Our delivery charges are based on the total value of the goods in your order (excluding subscriptions, ebooks and other downloads) and where in the world you would like them sent.

When you choose your delivery address (step 2 of the checkout) the relevant delivery charge will be added to your order total automatically.

Delivery rates for European and Worldwide deliveries are calculated automatically according to the total value of your order and the delivery zone. The table below shows a detailed breakdown of the charges you can expect to pay.

We are committed to making your payment reflect the actual costs involved, and regularly compare charges with average costs for each delivery zone.

In the rare event that the actual delivery costs should significantly exceed the total shown when you placed your order, our staff may contact you to confirm the order and the new total.
